Consultations

Before your initial consultation a client questionnaire will be sent to you - this asks for details of any physical symptoms or medical conditions and also for you to reflect on any emotional stress in your life currently or in the past. Please return your form before your consultation.
Consultations last for approximately 1 hour and include a discussion of how essences may help you. Long-term and short-term goals for our work together will be set. Flower Essences can effect deep and permanent change in the body and therefore it is recommended that treatment is continued for a minimum of 3 months.
At the end of the consultation you will take home a unique and personalised combination of flower essences to take internally. This bottle should last around-4 weeks. A topical application of flower essences will also be prescribed. If appropriate treatment using Floral Acupuncture will be recommended. Further treatment bottles can be purchased at the time of the consultation or requested as and when needed.
Phone consultations are also possible and form a substantial part of my practice. In this case, once your questionnaire has been filled out and returned to me, a time will be arranged for a telephone consultation and your essences sent to you in the post. Full support is given while taking your essences if you have any questions or concerns.
